About Dr. Rachel Goldstein
A Strengths-Based, Integrative Approach to Therapy
My approach is strength-based and integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. My training spans cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, acceptance and commitment, internal family systems, emotion-focused, mindfulness, and somatic based therapies. I integrate these approaches based on what best serves each client's individual needs.
